This basic calculator will give you an idea of total monthly contributions for a regular fixed rate mortgage, based on estimated Purchase Price and Loan Amount. All amounts are rounded to the nearest dollar. Figures for Real Estate Taxes and Homeowners Insurance are estimates based on typical conditions in the Front Royal / Warren County area. Actual Real Estate Taxes depend on Assessed Value and also whether City Taxes apply in addition to County Taxes. Real Estate Taxes in other counties may vary. PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance) will normally only be payable if LTV (Loan to Value) is over 80%. FHA loans will incur an FHA premium. 100% VA (Veterans) loans have no monthly premium, but there may be an additional fee increasing the amount of the loan (and therefore repayments) at the outset. It is recommended that you consult your lender for further clarification.
