My Background

I live on the north side of Warren County, placed centrally for the areas around Front Royal, Winchester, Stephens City and Strasburg. Having grown up in England, I was formerly in senior management with a leading British bank. I am now a naturalized US Citizen, and have lived in Front Royal since 1999, but have not lost the accent! With a lifetime of experience in real estate, finance, and customer service, I am in a strong position to assist families and individuals in Warren County and surrounding areas, with their real estate needs.

I have a reputation for high integrity, and have over 20 years’ experience as a Realtor with more than 500 homes sold, with a sales value over $100 million. I combine excellent communication with technology, to provide a quality service and a personal touch. A member of the prestigious CyberStars group, I also have the CRS designation. I am co-owner, along with my wife, of Key Move Properties, an independent brokerage that we set up in 2019 to continue to provide a wonderful experience to our clients.

A large proportion of my clients are referred to me by their friends, family, and advisors. By registering, you can receive automated emails advising you of new listings that meet your search criteria. In the late 2000's, distressed sales unfortunately become a common feature of our market, and although matters have improved in more recent years, many homeowners still have difficulties. I have a special page dedicated to Loan Modification & Short Sales. For buyers on the lookout for bank-owned and foreclosure properties, I also have a page dedicated to Foreclosures & REO's.

I have access to a large selection of real estate for sale in the surrounding area and in northern Virginia generally - as a result I can meet your needs, whether you are moving locally or relocating from a distance, seeking a new or previously occupied family home, looking for a weekend retreat, maybe a distressed property, or perhaps a building lot to have your own home built.

How would you like me to help you? Some people prefer to do a lot of the research for homes themselves, others would rather I provide listings of appropriate homes and take it on from there.
